We are a growing real estate firm specializing in real estate investments which primarily includes residential rehab & renovations and rental properties in the greater San Antonio Texas area.  We are a multi-service company that has the ability to buy, repair, market, and sell homes in a way that not only helps good people out of a difficult situation, but also improves the value and appearance of our community.

We work with people who NEED to sell, and MUST sell soon.  The people we help don't want to wait another six months to market and sell their home, or want to waste their time having a real estate agent show their property while they are trying to live in it.  They also don't have the extra money to pay commissions and fees or the time to wait for an approved buyer to magically come along.

We believe that every real estate transaction is an investment.  Whether it is a personal residence, a vacation home, an apartment building, a shopping center, an office building, or a hotel - it is still a major purchase and should be treated as such.
